WHY WE ARE: “WASHINGTON OREGON LAWYERS”

WashingtonOregon

I know-our e-mail and website address is REALLY long. Why did we do it? Mostly because our law office is in Vancouver, Washington, and we border the state of Oregon. Four of our five lawyers are licensed in both Washington and Oregon, and we handle a lot of Oregon cases in addition to our Washington cases.

It was important to let people know that there is a firm of personal injury lawyers that are familiar with the laws of both Washington and Oregon (and boy, are they different in a lot of critical ways). We know that a great many people that live in Vancouver work (and shop) in Portland, and it’s important for those people to know that our firm of personal injury lawyers can help them with the sometimes very difficult problems that arise from residents of one state getting injured in another state-particularly with insurance companies that try and “cherry pick” the laws of one state to make the injured person’s life more difficult.

We wanted to let our Clark County friends know that they can continue to get the best help possible for their Washington cases (as they always have) from our firm. We also wanted to let our friends in Oregon know that we are a firm of lawyers that handles Oregon cases too.

Those of you that have had us assist you on your claims should be assured that we are still the same dedicated, hardworking and capable lawyers that assisted you previously-we just changed our e-mail and website address to let others know that our lawyers also can assist those that are injured in Oregon. And by the way-if you hire us we will send you an electronic “card” that is easy to install into your “contacts” so you won’t have to type that very long e-mail address ever again.
